After a camping backpack to Mt. Adams, I'm sitting in the outdoor patio of Everybody's Brewing with a view of Mt. Hood in the distance. I'm hungry today and the wait person suggested that I try the filling Pub Cheeseburger. This burger is 1/2 pound of natural raised beef topped with muenster cheese. Along with the usual lettuce, onion and tomato, the plate also came with a hefty order of fries.

The cheeseburger did not disappoint. Biting into the burger released all the beefy juices locked inside the meat. The melted muenster added a pleasant creamy texture to the burger that melded nicely with the chewy patty. The fries were brewpub crunchy and crisp, starch to fill the hungry hiker in me. In all, a filling and satisfying lunch meal.

| Summer Lovin' Ale |
For my brew, I chose the Summer Lovin' Ale. This Saison style drank down in refreshing quaffs. Clean and crisp, the Summer Lovin' is light enough that it is a perfect beer to pair with the heavier 1/2 pound burger. Try it when it is in season.

| Everybody's Brewing |
The brewpub is located in the heart of scenic Columbia River Gorge. The Gorge, popular with wind surfers on the river, paragliders flying off cliffs, or river rafting the White Salmon River, Everybody's Brewing would be a pleasant stop at the end of the day.
